Expediting Treatment and Refill Orders

Treatment and refill orders received with prepayment will save several days in processing when patient billing is requested. To estimate prepayment amount, combine applicable shipping cost and tax with treatment or refill price noted in our Allergy Product Price List.

Delivery

Orders are processed within one business day of receipt. HollisterStier Laboratories has expanded its inventory of most diagnostic and therapeutic antigens in common sizes. Please allow 28 days for delivery of special mixtures, special dilutions or individual formulations which require a minimum of 14 days testing prior to release. Next day air shipments should be placed before 12:30 p.m. PST/PDT. Proof of delivery must be requested within 60 days of invoice date.

Order forms are available upon request. For best possible service, please specify item number as shown in catalog, vial size, dilution, aqueous or glycerinated, scratch, intradermal, or bulk, when ordering. Refer to page 27 regarding ordering information for prescriptions.

Dating

HollisterStier Laboratories provides their customers with the best possible dating on extracts and diluents while complying with regulatory guidelines. If you need assistance determining the expiration date on any of our products, please contact your Sales Professional or one of our Customer Service Representatives.

Return Policy

Items may not be returned for credit or exchange without prior written authorization. Shipping errors must be reported to HollisterStier Laboratories within seven days after receipt of merchandise. Orders for special mixtures, once made, are non-cancelable and items requiring refrigeration are not returnable (antigens, etc.). Detailed return policy available upon request.

Advanced Yearly Order

HollisterStier Laboratories offers this service at no additional charge to you. Deliveries (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) can be arranged around your office needs to help you maximize your inventory control. This gives the opportunity to lock in current prices.

Additional Services

As a service to the profession, HollisterStier Laboratories provides–at no charge–an allergist placement service, post-convention seminars, botany walks, professional assistance programs and technical support by our Ph.D. research staff. Product and service literature, as well as patient information material, are also available.

Warranty Statement

There are no warranties which extend beyond the statement on the directions accompanying the products listed in this product catalog. An instruction sheet for any HollisterStier Laboratories product with our accompanying warranty statement is located on Product Insert page of our web site or will be sent on request.
