How Do I Place My Order?

Just FAX or mail your signed prescription order to HollisterStier Laboratories at the phone number or address below. Upon request, one of our Customer Service Representatives will acknowledge your order in 2-3 business days.

What is a Standard Prescription Set?

A set normally consists of four or five 5mL vials of graduated dilutions as prescribed. You have the option to choose either 5mL or 10mL refill vials.

How Many Antigens May I Specify for a Mix?

We will allow a maximum of 12 antigens in a single prescription set. For optimal dosing, we recommend no more than four, based on literature. (Weber, R.W. Immunotherapy with Allergens. JAMA. 1997; 287:1881 - 1887.)

When Will I Receive My Prescription Set?

You will receive your prescription in approximately 21 to 28 days after your order has been received. This includes a 14-day sterility test mandated by the FDA. All prescriptions are shipped via second day air.*

What is the Price of a Prescription Set?

Refer to your current Price List. All custom prescription sets that contain 5 antigens or less are available at a single price, with the exception of those containing Standardized Products or Premium Antigens. The labor intensive methodology of collecting and extracting these antigens necessitates a slightly higher price. Weaker dilutions are available upon request.

** Refer to current Allergy Product Price List. High cost of certain raw materials and the number of antigens used necessitates additional charges for some prescriptions.
*** This time period includes the FDA-mandated sterility test period of 14 days.
