Mr. Morales is the Chief Executive Officer for HollisterStier Laboratories and the Chief Executive Officer for the Contract Manufacturing businesses of Draxis Specialty Pharmaceuticals and HollisterStier.
Prior to joining HollisterStier and Draxis, Mr. Morales was the Canadian Industry Segment Leader for the Life Sciences practice of Deloitte and Touche LLP. In that role he specialized in developing and delivering strategic business solutions for Global life sciences clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device industries. He assisted life sciences organizations through a combination of market entry strategies, business development, operational efficiency and technology enhancement initiatives. Mr. Morales is a graduate of the University of Toronto where he received a Masters of Business Administration, and a graduate of McMaster University where he received a Bachelors of Sciences specializing in Biochemistry. He has published several papers on strategic and operational challenges facing the life sciences industry globally. Marcelo joined HollisterStier in October 2008.
Mr. Milligan is responsible for sterile manufacturing operations for the contract manufacturing and allergy business units. His departmental responsibilities include the oversight and management of Manufacturing, the Project Management Office (PMO), Engineering, Business Excellence and Validation. He has a varied background in pharmaceutical engineering, validation and manufacturing related to SVP and LVP products, liquid and lyophilized products. Jeff also has experience in the manufacturing of potent oncolytic products and the filling of aseptic products in various container configurations. Mr. Milligan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. Jeff joined HollisterStier in 1998.
Mr. Wood-Gaines oversees HollisterStier's Human Resources and Communications departments and serves as Vice President and Corporate Officer to the Board of Directors of Hollister-Stier Laboratories LLC, a subsidiary of Jubilant Organosys Ltd. Mr. Wood-Gaines holds a B.A. degree in Business with a minor in Economics from Washington State University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and an accredited Senior Professional in Human Resources. In his free time, Kirk serves on a variety of community boards and organizations and participates in triathlons. Kirk joined HollisterStier in 1992.
Charles H. Moore
Mr. Moore's responsibilities include managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control functions of HollisterStier Laboratories. Charles directs and monitors the progress of projects assigned to Product Development and ensures the integrity of data used to support regulatory submissions. In addition, Charles ensures that processes developed are GMP compliant. Charles has been actively involved in the assessment and management of pharmaceutical and biological aseptic monitoring programs for over 15 years and has co-authored an article in A2C2 concerning what an aseptic area environmental monitoring program can and cannot measure. He also frequently lectures industry groups concerning environmental monitoring and management of the aseptic process. Mr. Moore holds Bachelor degrees in Microbiology and Animal Science. Charles joined HollisterStier in 1998.
David’s responsibilities include the development of new business opportunities, the continuation of contract client relations and overseeing the business development and marketing departments. David has held numerous positions, including QA Incoming Inspector/Auditor, Specialist in the SVP Department, Supervisor of Manufacturing, Supervisor of Raw Material/Extractions, Supervisor of the Supplies Preparation Area and Project Leader. He is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association. Mr. Flowers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education with a minor in biochemistry and a Certification of Project Management from Eastern Washington University. David joined HollisterStier in 1994.
While Jason works independently of the contract manufacturing division, he is a part of the executive team that oversees the corporate functions of HollisterStier Laboratories. In his role as Vice President of the Allergy Business Unit, Jason helps lead the growth of research and development and implements strategic plans to continually enhance this long-standing institution. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Jason joined HollisterStier in July of 2000.
Sitakant oversees all accounting and finance functions of HollisterStier and helps drive critical initiatives to further integrate the existing HollisterStier Laboratories systems with those of our parent company, Jubilant Organosys Ltd. Sitakant also has oversight of finance activities for HollisterStier's Montreal-based contract manufacturing organization, DRAXIS Pharma.
Sitakant has a strong background of accounting and leadership experience, having held senior financial management positions for a variety of global organizations. He is a chartered Accountant (equivalent to a US CPA certification) and holds a master's degree in business administration, along with a CMA certification. Sitakant joined HollisterStier Laboratories in 2008.
